Honey is best when it’s the closest to it’s a natural state. We are proud to keep it that way. Roxbury Mountain Apiaries produces and sources only the best raw and unfiltered honey with nothing added to it. We heat the honey just enough to easily pour it into a bottle, which is important to preserve the naturally occurring enzymes so unique to honey. Additionally, we avoid filtering the honey because doing so removes some pollen. Our approach, to gently strain the honey, allows the pollens to remain but removes any bits of honeycomb or wax that would not be edible.
